The following services are provided while client is fully clothed. An excellent introduction to bodywork for those hesitant to try, as well as powerful modalities in their own right. Both subtle and profound, you may recognize the following bodywork systems incorporated into our regular massage sessions, because they work!
Reflexology: Works specific points on the feet to tone and support corresponding organs in the body. Includes heated towels and skin quenching light lotion. 30 minutes, $35 or 45 minutes, $50
Zero Balancing: Bodywork that utilizes gentle stretching and holding of specific bones and joints to facilitate improved balance, decrease habitual holding patterns and create a sense of ease and groundedness. You've" healed" from a car accident and yet you still don't feel back to your old self. Your mended arm doesn't quite feel like it belongs to your body.
